What a great way to spend the last few hours of daylight on a Sunny Friday Evening
Following Phil on his "Friday Evening Bimble" taking in the Lanes around Redruth, towards Goonhavern and then to the coast past Perranporth and Porthtowan.

No problem at all Keith . Was a lovely evening that's for sure . I had 42 miles done by the time I got home so we covered a fair few lanes really . Be interested to see the xtrainer in action .
Will soon be time to put the big lights back on the Ke for proper night rides !
twas a good ride for sure. and phill gave permission to bug him incessantly for evening rides so can i start the ball rolling with: monday 8th, tues 9th, weds 10th, thurs 11th and fri 12th. sweet
I am up for any evening ride.... just post, and I will confirm. I can be out by 5.30-6.00 pm from Newquay! I am collecting the X-Trainer on Monday.... but might need to do a few bits to it before I take her out on the first date!
