Like to make some points about encouraging leading.Leading adds another pressure to a maybe not so experienced rider, pseudo enduro riders up their jacksee doesn't help, or a large group, you need a bit of time and space to get used to a new role.How about some kind of training ride environment with a few helpful riders for new leaders to feel their feet? rather than in at the deep end.Most organisations do this,l would be happy to help.
