Cabin fever

This I the first time I have been off the bikes in years I have had times when work commitments and or financial commitments have made the prospect of an injury just to risky to enjoy a good grovel in the lanes. This time though its the responsibility to my family both my missus and daughter have fairly long term illness problems that will get better but not for a wile. So I have to do the lot at the moment and it's made me realise how privileged I am to be able to take off on the bike and let the stress of my week fade away as I roll back the throttle and the grin spreads across my face. What's he posted this up for you ask well its to say enjoy your ride m8s it may only be a few local lanes that have been a bit ridden out a bit to often but get out and ride em cause once your stuck home marking out routes on your app they seem mighty good. Enjoy your weekend. And on a naughty note has anyone seen the big banks they have made were waitrose carpark ends
