After the mass gathering of January's meeting, things were a bit more reserved and 'back to normal' come February. Perhaps it was the excitement of "new year, new biking aspirations" last month?
Anyway, the usual suspects were in attendance:

Jeff went through some horse event administration, including the cancelling of one event due to flood issues, and Gid & I signed up to help out at the upcoming Wadebridge event.
Also discussed was the desire to arrange suitable charities to donate some of the clubs fundraising monies to. With that in mind, can you all have a think and at March's meeting we will decide on two chosen charities from the suggested names put forward before then.
The rest of the meeting was spent trying to bait Gid into agreeing to be the next Chairperson. I think we're nearly there on that one!
We also briefly touched on this years trip, with France mooted (long distance to get to start line though) and the lads reminisced about 2017's trip to IoM. Again, if anyone has any suggestions for a destination for 2018 please do write a comment on this post with your idea.
So that was pretty much it info-wise, a few beers were had, a few laughs were enjoyed. All in all a good evening with good friends.
