Following last month's very enjoyable weekend at the Hereford Hospice Trail event, I took a group of ctrf that normally attended the somerset forrest rides up to explore the lanes of South Devon.
It proved to be a very eventful day with a brand new husky up to its saddle in the first couple of hours and a snapped chain on another one in the last couple of hours the result was a fantastic experience riding the last few lanes home in the darkness one bike had no head light so fair bloody play to David for keeping up with the group riding blind with only the tail lights of the bike in front to guide him. All made it back to the vans safe in the end
Next month is a treat for me as I am joining a group for a weekend in Wales.
So hopefully I'll have a chance to lead a ctrf ride in early December
