We had a well attended meeting at the Victoria Inn yesterday evening, at which a committee was formed. We have agreed to meet on the first Wednesday on of the month at the Victoria Inn, so the next meeting will be 6th September, starting at 7.30 pm.
And already we shall have to make a change to the meeting date! The Victoria Inn apparently can't let us have the room on the 6th, and asked if the 7th would be OK. I have provisionally said 'yes' and if the rest of the committee agree I will post the new meeting date. We can go back to the first Wednesday of the month for future meetings.
Andy, hopefully you will have received the list of committee members, in amongst the other attendees from yesterday's meeting, from Chris Cole. Joe Mitchell has set up a Whats App group for committee members, to which I took the liberty of adding your name; hope that was OK!
